Established in the year 2003, Goldcoin Plastic (india) has emerged as the promising player growing by leaps and bounds. The modest beginning years back with a very small working place, limited productioncapacity, and a very few resources at hand, has transformed at an enormous pace, positioning us as the leading manufacturer of a wide range of products in the blow molding, injection molding and also customized molding (combination of processes) catering to speci?c customer needs.
The vision of Goldcoin Group got its way through the strong belief of the three de?ning forces, the Prahladbhai & Kanubhai their determined dedication revolutionized the small scale family business into arenowned professional entity. The team of skilled individuals, well-equipped operating units, advanced technologies and manufacturing solutions further strengthened the foundation, enabling us to serve clients with the superior quality solutions.
Started with a small plot of 1100 sq. mts. in 2003, Moving forward in our endeavor to grow, in early 2021, we added another plot of4500 sq. mts in Bhavda, indore highway, Ahmedabad to niche Products.
We introduce as manufacturer of plastic product; our journey started before three decade in year 1989. Mr. Prahladbhai S Patel & Kanaiyalal S Patel, are founder and the techno commercial Duo has begun their
journey and enter in to re processing unit in the year 1989. Lot of effort and hard put work put into and which shaped in discovering the most significant and dynamic way towards forth continuous transformation.
In the year 1992 the Duo has begun with their new venture and entered into manufacturing of Plastic Drums, Carboys, Jerry cane, by using most sophisticated technologically sound machineries.
The effort explored and add one more feather in their cap and has established the additional unit in the year 2003, exclusively for manufacturing PPCP Plastic Becket for Paint & Gress per Indian and International Standard parameters.
As good work and continuity in business, the duo came up and secured large land admeasuring to approx.16000..square yard and established another manufacturing unit, working in the name and style as “GOLDEN COIN POLY PLAST” located at village Bhavda District Ahmedabad, with most modern technologically upgraded machineries for manufacturing Carboys, Jerry canes, Barrels, Drums of plastics,using precision dies and die mould made up of pure aluminum and started manufacture of articles of plastic in the year 2020.
We have fully automatic machines being operated by skilled operators under proper Quality control and
strict supervision. Our in-house Testing Facilities are as per IS: 6312 and UN Approved standards.
PNEUMATIC TESTING :The containers are subjected to an air pressure of 0.35 kg/sq.cm for 1 minute to
ensure there is no rupture or leakage.
DROP TESTING :We have installed a state of the art, unique automatic Drop tester on which we can drop the
containers filled with water from any height and angle as required.
MELT FLOW INDEX :All the input Raw Materials such as HDPE, HMHDPE, Master batches, are tested on the
Melt Flow Indexer (ASTM D-1238) per lot / batch no. prior to issue for Production. Thus, all the materials are
controlled in-house and kept in records.
HYDROSTATIC TESTING :Hydraulic gauge pressure of 1.1 kg/sq.cm is applied inside the container for 5
minutes to ensure there is no leakage or rupture.

PIN HOLE TESTING :The same containers of pneumatic test are deepened in to water tank to ensure there
are no pin holes or leakages.
STACKING TEST :A superimposed weight (Equivalent to the total weight of filled containers, which could be
stacked on it during transport) is placed on a flat surface resting on the top of the containers
for a period of two weeks to ensure there is no deformation or leakage
CLOSURE LEAKAGE TESTING :Filled containers are kept upside down on the floor for 1 hour to ensure
there is no leakage from the closures.
WALL THICKNESS TESTING :The containers are cut vertically and horizontally and the cut sections are
observed to ensure there is a uniform wall thickness at the particular areas of the containers.
HANDLE STRENGTH TESTING :The Containers are held by its handle, allowed to fall free from 250 mm and
subjected to three drops to ensure there is no damage to the handles or the containers.
PRINT ADHESION TESTING :An Adhesive Tape is stuck on the printed matter on the containers and
removed after 1 hour to ensure there is no damage on the printed matter.
